How do i create a new Geocache using a Garmin Venture HC?

I am going away today and have a micro Geocache ready to be put some were. But there is no way to enter co-ordinates on this device ( I think!) It asks for the coordinates on the Geocaching website. I think there in the top right corner of the screen but its not in the correct format. E.g. Its asking for N 00 o 00.000′ & W 000 o 00.000′ Or (DMS) (MinDec) (DegDec) ! But my Garmin says the (What i think is the co-ordinates) are Nu …… & BNG …… ? So basically how do i create a geocache using the etrex Venture HC? Any help will be much appreciated. 1. Press and hold “Enter” to open the “Mark Waypoint” page.

2. Select “OK” and press “Enter” to mark as a waypoint.
